Fresh or frozen cauliflower florets
Onion and garlic powder
2 to 3 eggs
Corn oil for frying
Boil cauliflower until soft. When done drain and mash in a small bowl. Add bread crumbs, cheese, onion and garlic powder, and parsley to taste. Drop in 2 to 3 eggs so mixture sticks together. Mix well. Heat oil in frying pan. When oil is hot drop cauliflower mixture in by teaspoonful and brown on both sides. Remove and place on paper towel to drain off excess oil. Serve hot.
