CRAB ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
12 oz. crab, cut in small pieces
2 med. zucchini, sliced or cubed
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. croutons
3 med. tomatoes

Cook zucchini, onion and garlic in a small amount of oil about 5 minutes. Add seasonings, crab meat, Swiss cheese and croutons. Cut up tomatoes, toss lightly and put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Can also be put in microwave for 7-10 minutes.
