|DILL PICKLE WRAPPED APPETIZERS|
Equal numbers of thinly sliced Lorraine Swiss cheese & thinly sliced roast beef
Slice dill pickles in halves or quarters until they are approximately 1/2 inch in diameter. On a cutting board, put down one slice of cheese and on top of it one slice of beef. Cut in half, lengthwise. Spread each with mustard. Place a pickle on top of each and roll it up. Place on a tray seam-side down. Chill. For picnics, leave the pickle whole and wrap in a whole slice of cheese and beef.
