STEW HEN 
1 stewing hen
1 med. onion
1/2 bunch green onions
6 cloves garlic
1/2 bell pepper
1 stalk celery
Salt and pepper
Red pepper
Season-All
Flour
1 c. oil
5 c. water

Cut hen into parts, season then brown. Make roux; add hen and all ingredients in pot with water. Cook until tender.
