HALF FRIED RICE 
2 cups rice
3 eggs
1 chicken breast
olive oil (up to you)
soy sauce (again, its up to you how much to put in)
garlic butter
pinch of oregano and basil
1 green onion
salt & pepper
parsley (optional)

Separately cook eggs, chicken and rice. Cook eggs like you would cook scrambled eggs. Cook chicken until not pink and cook rice normally. Melt butter and mix in the garlic. Dice eggs, green onion and chicken until very fine. Mix eggs, chicken, rice, and green onion. Add olive oil, soy sauce, garlic butter, spices, and parsley, Mix thoroughly.
