10-12 chicken wings
3/4 c. corn flakes, crumbled
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Remove wing tip. Separate wing at joint so there are two pieces. Mix corn flake crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk, then roll in crumb mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or microwave lightly covered with tented waxed paper. Cook 12-14 minutes on full power until cooked.
