OYSTER ROCKERFELLER CASSEROLE 
2 doz. oysters
4 green onion tops
1 lg. celery stalk and tops
1 tsp. Tarragon vinegar
4 to 5 sprigs parsley
4 rolled anchovies
1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked with no salt & drained
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Parmesan cheese

Mix melted butter and seasonings. Add to spinach, mix well and add crumbs. Place oysters in casserole, add spinach mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
