1/2 lb. flat type noodles, cooked in c. of chicken broth
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 c. onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper

Cook beef in butter; drain and add tomato sauce. Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, onion, sour cream, and green pepper. Put 1/2 of noodles in bottom of lightly greased casserole. Layer cream cheese mixture. Another layer of noodles. Pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter over the above. Put meat with tomato sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

May be put together and frozen before baking.
