ITALIAN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, pared & sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
3 med. size zucchini, sliced
1 (No. 2 size) can tomatoes
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Place ingredients in layers until full in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6.
