SALMON IMPERIAL 
1 can salmon
1 tbsp. finely minced green pepper
1/4 tsp. onion salt
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Pepper to taste
1 med. egg yolk, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
butter
Paprika

Or substitute 1 additional tablespoon of mayonnaise for yolk, not as good but lower cholesterol

Remove bones and skin from drained salmon. Add green pepper, onion and mayonnaise, egg, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, Tossing rather than stirring. Pile lightly into greased shells or ramekins. Top each with a lump of butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes, just until top is brown.
