1 pkg. (12 oz.) tri-colored pasta spirals, twists or ruffles, cooked & drained
1 jar (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, diced
Grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine cooked pasta with sauce; mix thoroughly. Spoon half the pasta mixture in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Evenly spoon ricotta cheese over pasta. Top with mozzarella cheese. Spoon remaining pasta mixture over cheeses. Bake, covered, 25-30 minutes or until heated through. If desired, serve with additional sauce and Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings.
