EGG ROLLS 
Egg roll wrappers
1 lb. ground beef
Pepper
Garlic salt
3 or 4 green onions, chopped fine
1/2 reg. onion, chopped fine
1 med. potato, grated
1 med. carrot, grated

Fry ground beef; drain grease. Add vegetables, mix and heat. Set aside until cooled down. Put mixture in egg roll wrappers. Fry until a golden brown.
