STRAWBERRY COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) carton strawberries and juice
1 (6 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Pour boiling water over Jello to dissolve Jello. Refrigerate until it begins to thicken. Add cottage cheese, strawberries and juice and Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
