FLAKY PIE CRUST 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. oil (I use Crisco)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk

Mix with fork until dough forms a ball. Roll out between sheets of waxed paper. Makes 1 large single crust or 2 small crusts. Best to make one recipe at a time, guaranteed to never fail.
