CRESCENT ROLL DESSERT 
2 cans crescent rolls

MIDDLE MIX:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk, beaten

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2-3/4 c. chopped pecans

Press 1 can of crescent roll in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with middle mix. Place another can of crescent rolls on top of middle mix. Brush with beaten egg whites. Top with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
