FARMER - CHEESE PIE 
1 lb. farmer cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 pie crusts

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Separate eggs. In mixer beat 1/2 sugar and egg yolks. Add all dry ingredients. Then add evaporated milk and vanilla. Whip egg whites until peaks begin, then slowly add the other half cup of sugar. Pour into prepared pie crusts. This will make 2 pies. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with 1 cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Return to oven at 300 degrees for 10 minutes.
