|COCKTAIL BUFFALO SAUCE LIL SMOKIES|
cocktail size sausages (2 regular or 1 large package)
Frank's "Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce" (1 12oz bottle)*
Heat sausages in a saucepan or microwave. Add sauce and heat again until all sausages are hot. Serve with toothpicks. Guys LOVE this recipe. Fast and easy. *Don't skimp on the wing sauce - many other brands have been tried but Frank's is always the favorite.
Spicy Variation: Sauté 3-4 peeled whole cloves of garlic and 2 tablespoons minced red onion in 1 tablespoon of butter. When the garlic has a roasted color on both sides, crush it into the butter (or use a blender). Add to the Frank's Red Hot Sauce and proceed as above.
