HERSHEY KISSES COOKIES 
1 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
9 oz. chocolate Kisses

In mixer: Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour and cocoa. Add nuts. Beat on low speed until well mixed.

Unwrap Kisses. Wrap 1 skimpy tablespoon of dough around Kiss. Roll between palms to form ball. Place a few inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees until set, about 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet and place on wire rack. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
