CARROT - RAISIN SLAW 
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. milk
1 lb. carrots, shredded
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins

Mix lemon juice, oil, milk, and salt. Pour over carrots and raisins. Chill 24 hours.
