8 servings. Exchanges: 1 fruit. 1/2 cup ice milk = 1 bread, 1/2 fat. 24 seedless green grapes, halved 24 seedless red grapes, halved 1/3 c. unsweetened white grape juice 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/4 c. rum
Combine first seven ingredients in a medium skillet. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer just until fruit is thoroughly heated.
