HOT BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
4 sheets of bacon
4 onions
1/2 lb. butter
2 bunches celery
4 c. flour
2 c. mustard
3 oz. salt
2/3 pt. soy sauce
3 gal. ketchup
2/3 gal. red vinegar
1/2 oz. cayenne
2 lbs. brown sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 oz. white pepper
1 oz. garlic
6 oz. dry mustard
Dash basil
Dash allspice
1 pt. molasses
3/4 c. liquid smoke
1 c. crystal sauce (hot sauce)

(This will have to be cut down for individual use).
