TOASTED ALMONDS 
Almonds toast easily on a cookie sheet in an oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or under the broiler for 5 to 10 minutes. Toast them until they smell like popcorn cooking and have cracks in them. The centers will be light brown. Chop. Use them for the chicken chunks recipe, put them in salads (the bigger pieces are better for salad) or put them over ice cream. These are just three suggestions for something which has hundreds of uses.
