1 lb. rigatoni noodles
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 qt. spaghetti sauce (may not need all of it)
1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 lb. or more shredded Mozzarella cheese
Optional: 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain.
In a 9 inch x 13 inch pan or large casserole dish, arrange 1/2 of rigatoni. Cover with all of the cottage cheese, 1/2 of the sauce, 1/2 of the Mozzarella, 1/2 of the Parmesan, and all of the hamburger.
