HAMBURG AND MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
2 c. grated cheese

Cook hamburg, onion and garlic in frying pan. Add tomato sauce and paste and seasoning and mushrooms. Simmer 15 minutes. Then alternate layers of macaroni, cheese and meat in casserole dish. Sprinkle more cheese on top and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
