CAMBRIDGE CHICKEN WITH HAM
Prepare as many pieces of chicken as desired, legs, thighs, and breasts, 10 to 20.
Ham
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch thyme, curry can also be added
1 c. red wine

Shake chicken piece by piece in sack containing flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in butter and place in casserole with ham, sliced, diced or cut in strips. Mix together, the chopped green onion, thyme, mushrooms, and wine and spoon over chicken. Bake covered for one hour at 350 degrees.

Remove and cool before placing in refrigerator overnight. When ready to heat, spoon liquid over chicken and cook covered in oven at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes. I skinned and boned the breasts, but that is a lot of work.
