1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. light cream
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled

Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press in bottom and 1 3/4 inches up sides of springform pan. In bowl beat sugar, cream cheese and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs just until blended. Add light cream. Beat at low speed until blended. Using 1 1/2 cups batter stir a small amount at a time into chocolate, stirring until smooth. Pour 1/2 plain mix into pan, pour 1/2 chocolate mix alternate layers. Draw knife through all to marble layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Loosen sides of pan and cool for 30 minutes. Chill.
