CITY CHICKEN LEGS 
1 1/4 lb. lean pork cubes
3/4 lb. veal cubes
Bread crumbs
Salt, pepper & garlic powder
1 egg

Put meat cubes alternately on skewers. Roll meat in beaten egg with seasonings. Roll in bread crumbs and press together firmly. In large frying pan, brown evenly on all sides in Crisco. Place browned meat on rack in covered roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered for first half of baking time. Serve.
