6 c. Old Fashioned oats
1/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins

Heat oats in a 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, coconut, sesame seeds and nuts. Add oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until dry ingredients are well coated.

Divide mixture into 2 equal parts and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. In separate 13 x 9 inch pans, stir frequently until evenly brown. Add raisins last 5-10 minutes. Store tightly covered.
