3 pkgs. cream cheese (3 oz. each)
2 (1/2) pt. cartons sour cream
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream together cream cheese and 1/2 pint sour cream. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust (baked). Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
1/2 pt. sour cream and 2-3 tsp. sugar
Spread over baked cake and put in oven at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Topping does not brown.
This is a very silky textured cheesecake - not dry at all; very good.
