BAKED CHILI RELLENOS 
1 sm. can green chilies
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

In bottom of buttered casserole dish, arrange the chilies cut into 2 inch squares. Cut cheese into long strips and arrange in an even layer over chilies. Beat eggs slightly, then beat in flour, milk, and salt. Pour over cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until custard is set. Serves 4.
