|CHICKEN LICKEN GOOD PORK CHOPS|
6-8 lean pork chops, 1 to 1 3/4 inch thick
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (or less)
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. oil
1 can chicken and rice soup, undiluted
Crock pot cooker
Combine dry ingredients, mix well in bag. Shake pork chops in mixture. Brown in oil in a skillet. Place browned pork chops in crock pot. Add soup. Cover, cook on low for 6-8 hours. Double, if needed.
Prepare ahead of time with Broccoli Rice Casserole and 24 Hour Shrimp Salad and a dessert that takes no last minute preparations. Enjoy being with your guests instead of being in the kitchen.
