1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped parsley
2 c. (1 1/2 pt.) oysters, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. Italian bread crumbs

In electric skillet set at 350 degrees, melt butter. (Using electric range, cook in 10 inch skillet on third or medium heat.) Saute onions and parsley until limp. Add oysters; cook until slightly curled, about 3 minutes. Add seasonings and bread crumbs; stir lightly to mix ingredients. (For a more moist dish, use 1/2 to 3/4 cup bread crumbs.) For serving, turn skillet (or unit) to lowest heat position. Serve with crackers as appetizers to 8-12 people.

This is also good as a main dish with baked potato and green salad. Enough for 4.
