1 to 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken thighs
Enough cooking oil to cover bottom of fry pan
Rinse and dry chicken thighs. Dredge chicken in flour until completely covered. Bring oil to a hot point and brown chicken pieces. When chicken is browned, place in casserole dish and cover with warmed milk and season with salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn heat off and keep in oven for 15 minutes longer.
