RITZ CRACKER BARS 
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
45 crushed graham crackers

Beat egg whites stiff. Gradually add sugar. Fold in cracker crumbs, vanilla and nuts. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan, lightly greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 c. cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. toasted coconut

Whip cream and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Sprinkle coconut on top. Refrigerate. Keeps well in freezer.
