CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
