CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. container diet butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. Sprinkle-Sweet artificial granulated sweetener
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs and diet butter. Add all remaining ingredients and beat until thoroughly blended (cookie batter will be thick). Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon size dabs on an ungreased Teflon cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. 3300 calories in entire recipe - 33 calories per 2 inch cookie. Makes 100 cookies. Adapted from Nestle's Original Toll House cookie recipe: 50 calories per 2 inch cookies. Variations: raisins cookies (29 calories each) substitute 1 cup raisins for chocolate chips. Nut cookies (30 calories each) 1 cup chopped nuts in place of chocolate chips.
