LAZY MAN'S STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 lb. raw hamburger
1 c. raw rice, cooked
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the cup of raw rice until tender. Chop cabbage and parboil it until limp. Mix hamburger, cooked rice, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Take a casserole dish and put in a layer of cabbage, then a layer of the hamburger mixture. Repeat, ending with cabbage. Pour tomato sauce on top adding the 3 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours.
