MY VERSION OF ENGLISH TRIFLE (THE EASY
WAY)
 
1 pkg. lady fingers
1 pkg. macaroons (save 2 for topping)
Raspberry jam
1 lg. can peaches, drained
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding, cooked according to pkg. directions and cooled
Whipped topping
1/4 c. white rum

Line a clear glass deep bowl with lady fingers, spread with jam and sprinkle with rum. Add broken-up macaroons reserving two. Add cooled pudding and peaches. Spread with whipped topping and crushed macaroons on top. Chill until serving time.

NOTE: This recipe can be made smaller or larger, depending on your size bowl or the amount of people you are serving.
