CHICKEN PEPE 
1 pkg. tortillas
Oil
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can chopped green chilies
1/2 c. chopped onion
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Fry tortillas quickly in hot oil in skillet until soft. Combine chicken, soup, milk and chilies. Place layer of tortillas in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Layer chicken mixture, onion, cheese and remaining tortillas in pan, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
