BEST EVER SKIPPY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
2 c. quick oats
1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. In large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in sugars until blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add mixture from the small bowl; beat until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
