ICELANDIC COD FILLETS 
Thaw fillets enough to separate. Cook partially frozen (will retain moisture). Cut fillets into serving size. Dip fillets into milk and roll in bread crumbs.

Place in a well-greased pan. Pour melted butter over fillets. Bake in a hot oven (500 degrees) for 10 minutes or microwave for 4-5 minutes.
