BLUE RIBBON CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cornmeal
3 whole eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar

Mix sugar and meal. Stir butter into sugar mixture. Add eggs, one at a time, beating slightly with spoon after each addition. Add vanilla and vinegar. Pour into 8" pastry lined pie plate and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
