MOCK FISH PATTIES 
1 (12.5 oz.) can fri-chik, drained
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
4 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt

In large mixing bowl add each ingredient as listed and blend thoroughly. Shape in small patties. Fry on both sides in large skillet. Serve with tarter sauce.

TARTAR SAUCE:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. pickle relish

Combine all ingredients. Serve with patties.
