PAN FRIED CHICKEN STRIPS 
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 lbs. chicken breast, skinned, boned, and cut into 1/2 inch wide strips
6 cloves garlic, crushed
6 green onions, chopped
1/3 c. white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat a large frying pan, add oil, saute chicken strips, garlic and green onion over high heat until chicken lightly browned. Remove from pan. Add wine and lemon juice and allow to reduce for a little bit. Return chicken to pan. Add salt and pepper. Serve quickly so chicken won't overcook.
