|CHOCOLATE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM|
3 squares Baker's chocolate
1 1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
Rub sugar and butter together. Put cream on to heat in double boiler. When heated, add butter, sugar and chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
