2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) Keebler graham cracker crust
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Center will look too soft but it will firm up. Chill and spread 1/4 to 1/3 cup sour cream on top.
