Mix together cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. of milk with mixer fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip into cheese mixture. Spoon over graham cracker crust.
Mix chocolate pudding pour over cream cheese mixture put remaining Cool Whip over top garnish with grated chocolate bar.
