SENSATIONAL SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 loaf sliced white sandwich bread
butter
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped fine
1 can tuna, drained
1 can tiny shrimp. drained
1 can crab meat, drained
1 c. celery, finely cubed
2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Cut crusts from bread. spread slices lightly with butter. Cut each slice into small cubes. Combine onion, eggs, and bread cubes. Refrigerate overnight. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP. Then add seafood, celery, and salad dressing or mayonnaise. Mix well. Cover and let chill in refrigerator 3-4 hours before serving.

You can substitute the crab meat with another can of tuna. Don't forget this birds loves the rust or freeze to make dressing.
