MELT IN YOUR MOUTH DINNER ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve 1 package of yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Let stand for 20 minutes. Scald 1 cup milk and add 1/3 cup butter, 1/3 cup sugar and dash of salt. Cool. Add 2 beaten eggs. Combine all with 4 1/2 cups flour. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Form into rolls 2 hours before baking. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 24.
