SUGARLESS BLUEBERRY JAM 
1/3 c. unsweetened grape juice
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
12 oz. box frozen unsweetened blueberries or fresh

Add gelatin to 2 tablespoons of grape juice to soften. Meanwhile in an uncovered saucepan add the rest of the ingredients. Stir and cook about 5 minutes until berries are thick and crushed. Add softened gelatin and cook over low heat until dissolved. Cool.

Store in covered jar in refrigerator or freezer.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
